If your booking has been made during our office opening hours (Monday – Friday, 09.00-17.00), The engineer will contact you, usually within 6 hours to confirm timings. If your request has been made out of hours, we will contact you at our earliest opportunity.

Should you need to cancel your repair, simply let us know when we call you to arrange a visit time.
